Yesterday U. Santini moved me and my husband from a 4th floor walk-up to an 11th floor apartment that definitely required some walking up due to a small elevator.
Their crew, led by Mario, was impeccable.
From start to finish (including dropping off boxes in advance for us to use, preparing certificates of insurance that met the needs of multiple parties, visiting our apartment to help us determine a personalized plan, packing up our fragile glassware, unloading on an insanely busy avenue in Manhattan, and more), the move was flawless. On moving day, they arrived on time and finished in what I considered to be an amazingly short amount of time. The movers were professional, respectful, and thorough. They kept me at ease throughout; I could not believe how non-stressed I was on the big day!
This was the second time we’ve moved with U. Santini. I absolutely recommend them and trust them with my belongings (and sanity)!

We were very pleased with U. Sanitini. Simi, the sales manager, was responsive and helpful in coming on-site for an assessment, and in following up. The packing team showed up on time, and were very professional. The moving team, Mario, Oscar & Jon were wonderful. I got quotes from 3 separate companies, and the prices were competitive, and accurate from quote to final charges. We were pleased and would recommend them.

This is our 2nd move with U. Santini and Super Mario as the foreman. We couldn’t be happier with their service. Our first move went off without an hitch, from New Jersey to Brooklyn. Our 2nd move was a bit more problematic with an unpredictable elevator in our old building. But Dan, the owner was extremely helpful in rescheduling our move as soon as possible as we he knew we were desperate to get our of our old apartment.
Super Mario and his team arrived on time, worked efficiently and had great attitudes. Everything arrived (both times) in perfect condition.
I would not hesitate to hire them again, although I hope we will not be making another move for quite some time. I also recommend them highly to anyone making a move.

Had a great experience with Santini on the receiving end of a move involving a large number of plants being relocated from Brooklyn. Mario and his team were great – prompt and friendly. The move went seamlessly and they were so efficient, I barely knew they were there.

Thank you so much for making an emotional, difficult, stressful day seamless and worry free.
Our crew packed up all the large furniture in our 5 bedroom single family home and moved it to 4 separate locations in NJ in one day. Everything including our baby grand piano was packed up with care and nothing was damaged in the process. Mario the supervisor continually touched base along the way and was clear in explaining every step the entire day. Service with a smile even through the downpours and soaking wet half way through the day! Highly recommend the U. Santini moving crew.

I decided to write a review even before I started unpacking. I had such a great experience and received such excelled service from Super Mario and John. They came right when they said they would, moved my items to their truck FAST and carefully, skipped their lunch, drove from Long Island to Bed-Stuy, and unloaded everything fast and efficiently. I had unexpected painters in my apartment (sent by the management do I had no idea they would be there) and they worked around them and really just helped me out above and beyond what they had to. The rate they gave me initially was spot on and they worked really hard to not go above that. I hope I don’t have to move for another 5 years since I hate packing, but if I ever do, I will be calling them and getting Super Mario and John to help me out.

What are your working hours?

Does U.Santini offer insurance?
Yes. Our company offers several different types of insurance protection, including a full replacement for your belongings. The cost of the coverage will depend on the value you declare for your goods and the level of deduction you select.
How soon should I schedule my move?
It is recommended to arrange for the services of a moving company at least 8 weeks ahead of your planned move. If you plan to move during the holiday season or in the summer, it is advisable to schedule the move 12 weeks in advance. However, for moves that occur between September and May, you may be able to book movers with just 2 weeks' notice. Ideally, you should secure your moving crew as soon as you have all the necessary information about your relocation.
Does your company offer packing supplies?
We do. In addition to providing you with the essential boxes and packing supplies required for your relocation, we offer several "Saver" packages tailored to the size of your home. If you do not use all the boxes you have bought, you can return them to the moving team at the end of your move, and we will reimburse the remaining amount.
What type of storage does your company offer?
U. Santini Moving & Storage Brooklyn provides comprehensive storage solutions in climate-controlled units. Our units are supervised round-the-clock, ensuring the safety of your belongings, whether you store them for a short or long duration. Additionally, we offer storage services for very brief periods, including as little as 24 hours.
