Daniel F. Menchini President/CEO
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Daniel F. Menchini is a lifelong resident of the borough.
Dan was a student at Manhattan College where he majored in business. As President & CEO of U.Santini, Inc. Moving and Storage. Dan oversees all day-to-day, business, management and philanthropic aspects of the company that has been based in Brooklyn for more than 80 years.
The business has been a labor of love for Dan ever since his father, Gino, invited him to join the company. Working side by side with his father on a daily basis until his passing in 2014, Dan remains committed to carrying Gino Menchini’s values and traditions forward while continuing to build the company as an industry leader.
Charitable giving and volunteerism are important to Mr. Menchini. He serves on the Junior Committee of the Prospect Park Alliance and serves on the Board of the Prospect Park YMCA where he has been Chair of the ‘Strong Kids’ campaign for many years.
Community and family are the cornerstones of Daniel’s life which is why much of his time and efforts are focused on giving back to the Borough of Brooklyn and the Park Slope neighborhood.
Dan is the proud father of three children who adorn his office with their artwork and know how to answer the office phones.
Gino A. Menchini Vice President
Gino was the patriarch and soul of U.Santini. Although he passed away in December 2014, he remains the pillar of our company. Gino was the second generation owner/operator of U.Santini and he was proud to come to work daily and share his experience with his son and his beloved best friend, Lola (the company mascot). His antique typewriter used to bill customers still sits on his desk. Gino fostered a culture of old-fashioned service and values at U.Santini that in this digital era, we strive to maintain in his honor.
Lark-Marie Anton Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Lark graduated from Marist College with a B.A. in Communications and received a Master’s from West Virginia University in Communication Studies. She understands the personal needs of our individual customers, as well as those of our larger corporate clients.
A Marketing and PR expert, Lark focuses on external and internal communications at U.Santini, and is the gatekeeper for all of our branding, creative and social media efforts. She also oversees community efforts and philanthropic partnerships.
Lark is also proud of her OCD, and relishes her role as the enforcer of office tidiness.
Lola Menchini Head of Security and Cuteness
Lola is the Havanese with mostest! As the guard dog of the company, her role is to provide love and comfort every day…and harass the poor mailman. Around the office, she is known best by an occasional bark and hopping for treats!
Lil Mora Office Manager
Lil has a long history of management with various organizations and works directly with our clients and senior executives overseeing the day-to-day business accounts of U.Santini. She keeps everyone organized and ensures that our customers – residential or commercial – are treated with the utmost care and consideration. She is an invaluable member of the team as the resident “voice of reason” and calm.
Simeon Climo Director of Sales
After graduating from Michigan State University, Simi worked at various brands in the moving industry. With more than seven years experience in sales, operations and customer service, he leads the sales department – making sure each customer receives a complete and accurate estimate, as well as attentive and appropriate engagement from our team. Simi strives to embody the U.Santini tradition of excellence by treating each customer with the utmost respect and care. He is an avid sports fan (Go Spartans!) and has an extensive Star Wars Pez collection.

How soon should I schedule my move?
It's a good idea to book your moving company at least 8 weeks before your move. If you're moving during the holidays or in the summer, it's best to schedule it 12 weeks ahead. But if your move is between September and May, you can often book movers with just 2 weeks' notice. The key is to secure your moving crew as soon as you have all the details about your move.
Do you provide packing supplies?
Yes, we do. Along with the necessary boxes and packing materials for your move, we offer various 'Saver' packages tailored to the size of your home. If you don't use all the boxes you purchased, you can return them to our team after the move, and we'll refund the unused portion.
What type of storage do you offer?
